Im am changing my brake pads and i have a question?

the screws that are in the caliper that are holding the brake pads are really stubborn and they are starting to strip, is there some tool or whatever i can use to get them out

Of course there is a proper tool to remove the bolt.

Yes, there is. I can't tell you what size it is, but there is a tool that'll fit that.
They shouldn't be that stubborn. It's possible the screw is a hexagon head. You didn't say what make or year it is, but if it is a GM, most likely it's a hex key.
more information is needed there is torx wrenches , allen wrenches and sockets for bolts
