Put a wrench on them and tap it pretty hard with a hammer. The sudden blow sometimes helps.
Pb Blaster and the handle to my floor jack (slipped over the wrench, making it about a 3 foot breaker bar) usually gets mine free. I just changed mine last week on a Nissan Maxima. hard as anything to loosen the bolts, but the length of the handle makes it easy... i didnt even use any penetrating liquid
Try applying heat. A propane torch will not give you enough heat to expand the metal around the bolts so therefore an acetylene torch must be used. I believe that taking the car to a shop would be the best way.
Sounds like they may have been overtightened last time. Previous answers of a breaker bar and cheater pipe is probably the best answer. The use of heat can damage seals. Good luck!
use a breaker bar and get a 2' piece of pipe that will fit over the handle of the breaker bar and go at it, you will have it off in seconds.
